The PDAnet doesn't appear to be available for Linux. I have tested all the websites, and it appears that it's available for Android OS only. You can check the link posted below for additional information.
Yes, PdaNet does work with iPhone 12 and 5G.

Note: In Linux, install Wine and then use the Windows application in the virtual environment. Wine makes it easy to install Windows apps in Linux.
